    That’s about right. Can’t wait for the timelapse from my nest cam as it drops through. Couple hours of mayhem and winter wonderland changeover, I think I’ve only experienced one boring outbreak where nothing happened . All the rest had a great initial punch! I do remember one stalling briefly over my area to give me a bonus round…..around 4inches.

    That’s awesome and I will take advantage of that offer! Last time down I went on a couple dates with a gal and she got me into the Verrado clubhouse! Pretty sweet place and lots of pools! Ok…Back to weather

    Dog gone…I remembered one of our weather forum folks moving to the valley in Az but i forgot who. . I would have hit you up for the tour of the clubhouse! They wouldn’t let me in . I did an Airbnb with pool!!! It was sweet! If this plays out I will definitely have a pool added ! I’m a bit jealous you’re there! We’re also looking at Verrado as well….actually anywhere around you. Great investment right now!

    I may be buying a house down near that area! Stayed in Estrella for a couple weeks in fact just recently. Cool area and lots of fun hikes if you’re into that sort of thing. Love the two lakes you can walk around locally as well! Enjoy the cold! Scottsdale got snow the other day as well!

    I’m pretty sure everyone is deep in the snow gig and the windstorm is a distant memory! Lol, I got out there and enjoyed some time being sandblasted. Waves were incredible as well, Halibut Fish & Chips to finish the day adventure! I now return you to your regular schedule snow event and I need to get caught up ! Brother just sent me photo of it snowing in Damascus Or IMG_0474.mov

    Good morning and what a crazy fun 10 minutes of mayhem at midnight! getting ready to push off to Ocean Shores to help someone move today. Should be fun. Hopefully they get the road open before I arrive 40* gusting up to 50 mph currently in Ocean Shores
