Bummer, looks like this will be going South of me. At least I get the cold air that I've been wishing for.

A bit over 1" from last night. Light snow shower currently passing through. My guess is I'll see another 1" to 1.5" tonight.

And a swing and a miss. I'm sensing a pattern..

At least the latest Nam stopped the NW trend and even came South a bit. I hate riding the line...

PGFS sure has been consistent

Can't give up hope yet. Storms have been trending away from us as the storm gets closer though...

GFS and Gem both give us 4+". I agree though, my gut is telling me that this storm will end up more NW than the GFS/Gem.

Gem and GFS both are similar to the placement of the heaviest snow. Nam is NW. Curious to see what the Euro shows.

Well looks like this storm is a legit chance. Hopefully we can get some snow while it's cold.

Same here. Hopefully this storm will be different, but IMO it's a 50/50 chance.

Hawaii has more snow this season than me. This may be the first and hopefully last time I'll ever say this.

Yeah, 3" back in November. Like I said earlier, I just want the cold. Snow is just a bonus. Either way, at least someone will get a white Christmas out of this storm.

I've noticed this too. They really should say that there is a slight chance of a moderate accumulations.

And the Nam has 850's above freezing on Wednesday for SE WI Sunday night/Monday we should have a better idea what's going on.

The ice today surprised me. Got out of school a half an hour earlier.

I was watching my local Fox station this morning and they said the chance of a white Christmas are almost zero. Turned on Tmj4 this evening and they said a white Christmas is looking more and more likely. There is something big heading for the GLR. It's just a matter of time to see where exactly and how big it's going to be. All I can say is I'm happy that I'm not in the bullseye this far out.

How so? The temperatures look to to be only slightly above normal by me. Nothing out of the ordinary for us.

We are still six days away. Anything can happen.
