Yep. But if that band sets up a little north or a little south we could easily be looking at 2-3 inches. Super precarious set up

I think that band from the north will combine with the slight convergence off of Sooke to give us big rates by 8 pm. Could be wrong but isn't that what the NAM has been hinting at?

A general 3-5 inches for most all of Victoria. Not bad.
