We literally had a huge event last year of freezing rain for the Puget Sound. 

Off topic but look at radar right next to the Gulf of Mexico rn….. getting snow shouldn’t be this tough in Seattle lol

Yea, tough couple of years. 2020, 2022, and 2023 for Seattle south. It should even out soon though. We are way over due for an Olympia/Tacoma special. 

Euro doesn’t really budge south. 49th parallel special!

I really hope this busts. Don’t want to deal with another ice event regardless of the longevity of it.

It's funny since I am only 24, I have a different perspective. I have seen two major freezing rain events (2012, Dec 2022) and a handful of smaller ones. However, it seems like we have some freezing rain every couple years.

Any snow in Olympia?

I usually do and it’s a little spread out…. But not to this extent. I expect the 00z to consolidate and nail Portland

Wow the GFS shifted north again. Two more shifts and Tacoma is in play. Doubt it tho. Portland is a heavy favorite!
