Looks like everyone in Seattle north of I-90 is about to be in luck with those returns finally inching across the sound. Probably gonna be a sharp North/South cutoff line right around downtown, going on an angle to the NE toward Kirkland, just like the models were suggesting earlier.

6 degrees at Mansfield, which is only 20-30 miles from Wenatchee. It does seem like the cold air is intruding further and earlier than anticipated.

Hard to say. The south end is remaining relatively static while there's some movement to the north overall. That indicates that there's certainly two different airmasses competing there. But with cold air flowing down from the north, that movement probably won't be particularly meaningful. I wouldn't expect it to drift north by any significant amount unless you live in White Center.

Gotta say, weak and anticlimactic as it is, I haven't seen a CZ position in this spot in a long, long time. All the spots that have watched everywhere 5 miles to the north score for hours on end are finally getting their dues tonight. It looks anemic as hell at this point, but here's hoping the approaching arctic front fires thing up a bit. Looks like it's finally approaching the Skagit/Snohomish County line.

Dude I honestly think you should seek help. I've watched you for a couple years and even when we have actual results to compare to the models, you still are completely out to lunch. It's only snow man, it's not a huge deal. If you genuinely believe that things are outperforming tonight and are that worked up about it, I truly, honest to god, genuinely support you seeing a professional. Fwiw, heavy rain here in downtown Seattle. Also, wonderful placement of the CZ for the metro area that doesn't normally see it, but I think Jim might actually need to be put in a home if he is so deluded that he didn't think it was deteriorating. I've never registered for this forum because you guys are painful to read, but I hit a breaking point tonight. Jim saying that the CZ wasn't deteriorating was definitely my final straw that made me do it. I mean... come ON dude.
