I get it’s challenging but they really underestimate our micro climates. I sent them a message last year during the snow storm in North Bend as the EURO showed continued east wind. They told me it would warm up but woke up at 630 in the morning and it was 31 degrees.

Temps are much more reasonable this period. Probably still going to take a bit of elevation but this could be real.

Monday night definitely has the most potential. This 985 low would be epic for western Washington.

Shift south on the Monday night event and upper levels are a bit warmer. Everything is going to have to line up perfect for this one.   

Trying to stay optimistic but digging into the details I don’t think this is happening for the lowlands. Lots of near misses. Hope I’m wrong! 

The trade for colder air in exchange for the overrunning event is fantastic. Creates a much more realistic scenario. EPS is exciting.
