Right but the signal for eastern cold is stronger than western warmth. More of a dirty ridge out west.

Last time I went down there was in 2015 during July 4th weekend. They had to clear Incline beach where we were swimming due to the thunderstorms. Seems like a nice place for retirement.

Lake Tahoe can get big lightning storms if the monsoon is good. Are you on the California or Nevada side?

I was born and raised in the Daytona Beach area and still have family there. They have been complaining, haven’t seen it that hot before this early.

Florida is another story. Sharp cutoff there on the east coast.

My previous property had a few. Been wanting to add some at my current property.
