Huge wet snowflakes in Bonney Lake. This could possibly be an interesting storm.

February has been the big month since 2016. I suspect that’ll reverse, though given how long the January curse lasted, who knows?
You're probably right now that January came through. However, since '16 February as stated above has been pleasant. Will we lose February and gain January now? Doubtful, The earth has a memory more sharp than we do. I'm still investing in February. If I'm wrong? I'll find what seasoning goes good with crow.

If things would of lined up better we could of had better wide spread snow, so close!
As most winters in W Washington. One day we all are going to be clobbered. February sounds like a start.

Jan 30th - Feb 5th We will be back in action with cold. Let's see if I'm onto something or how much crow I can eat in 5 minutes.

30 degrees, however the rain drops themselves do not freeze, a phenomena called supercooling (or forming "supercooled drops").

I had no idea earthquakes could make noises like that.
I believe the closer you are to epicenter the larger the sharpness/concussion of sound? After that sound passed, it was an continuios freight train sound.

Are earthquakes supposed to sound like airstrikes?

The one in 2000 was close to that. However I was around 4 miles from the epicenter.

I hadn’t looked at the forum or anything since being stuck up there for awhile… I’m so happy to see the radar now that I’m home and finally checking on the weather stuff!
Glad you made it safe through that nightmare of a drive.

I really need to move out of the swamp.
It will move south and fill in as the artic front drops south. Be patient.

Arctic front gathering precip now around
Definitely thinking there will be plenty of moisture in another hour to make things interesting. Radar is going to explode.

I think you might be juuust far enough south!
50 miles north and a lot more people would get excited. Seen stranger things happen.

Getting alot of moisture out this way, no matter what happens the roads are gonna be a mess later on this evening.
Would it bother to post the 925's page? Would appreciate it.

Seems to be more cold air being pushed into ocean. Imagine if there was an extra push to spin up something. Anything is possible. Worth keeping an eye on.

It would be awesome for the arctic front to leave a few inches for western Wa and then the bigger batch move in south so everyone would have a prize. That would be perfect and be colder longer leaving the door open for even more snow like 2008 and other examples like that. I'm always scared of a last minute north trend that will fry all of us.
We've had copious amounts of North trends at last minute. I'm with you on that statement. The North end is always a good bet when cold interacts w/ moisture.
