Coming down the hardest it has all day. The ground is starting to get pretty snowy.

Looks like a solid band is about to move through again. Don't lose hope!

Moisture still seems to be weakening as it moves into the Portland area. Just back to flurries again.

Actually sounds like it has turned to freezing rain in a lot of spots down there.

I didn't mean for that post to come off as being negative. I am pumped it is snowing. Just not sure if there is going to be that much moisture for this first wave up here.

Everything has a light covering of white now. It isn't piling up very fast, so we'll see about that 2-4 inches of snow forecast.

This might be a freezing rain to a little snow, back to freezing rain type thing like Dewey was talking about.

26 and breezy here. It sounds like southern valley locations are just seeing freezing rain this morning. Dolt might bring the frog back. Also just saw a report of light freezing rain starting in Oregon City.

High in the 20's would be exhilarating.

You aren't allowed to use that until at least November of this year. You got nailed pretty good earlier this week.

I have a feeling there won't be any strong precip. for PDX until Saturday night-Sunday. Wet-bulbing should be fairly weak.

The south is in a panic. All of the stores are empty of food. Even worse than Portlanders in snow. (maybe)

This weekend doesn't look super impressive to me. The precipitation is falling apart for Saturday and then we should be a bit warmer for all the moisture on Sunday. Areas away from the gorge will probably escape without too much ice on the roads. I will probably be seeing a good amount of 33 degree rain here in Tigard.

17 degrees right now. Probably will be the coldest temperature of the entire winter for me.

Shows about 4 inches for me. Must be correct.
