The graupel shower of a century has started here. Warning the neighbors.

The radar is looking very interesting for the Vancouver area.

Doesn't really matter much. It was always going to be fairly mild today. Almost up to 41 here.

I could definitely go for an afternoon graupel storm.

Saw on facebook that someone living at 1k feet in Columbia Heights (north of Longview) is up to 8 inches and it is still snowing hard.

Some sun breaks here and it is up to 38. Maybe we can get to 50 to get some incredible instability and thundersnow later today.

Man, that area near I-5 at the Oregon/Washington border is seriously having a snowstorm this morning.

My old college SOU should be getting some nice snow!

That is like the snowiest low elevation spot in Oregon. Out near the coast range always does well in these types of setups.

Yeah, that sounds more believable. Probably make it above freezing as the offshore flow doesn't look impressive yet.

Loving all of these snow pictures. Looks like a total winter wonderland above 1000 feet down here. Nothing, but some sloppy flakes that mixed in this morning here. I didn't expect anything, so I am fine with it.
