But I couldn't stand the year round heat and humidity. The PNW has enough sunshine for summer activities at far milder temperatures. The only issue is a lack of breeze away from the water. Could use more partial clouds. And the rest of the year is right up my alley outside of the underwhelming snowfall.

Fun fact, Seattle is sunnier than Singapore and Hilo, Hawaii. In fact, stereotypically sunny Rio de Janeiro gets about the same amount of sun hours as Seattle!

Today looks a little different than 3yrs ago at this time.

This is the main reason I visit the tropics. The rain is way better than here when it falls. The only issue is it can be a bit unexpected and spoil certain outdoor activities.
