One of my best friends has family in Dubai. They go and visit occasionally and he did mention there isn’t basically no theft. Women can leave their purse unattended and it will be there when you come back.

Everyone I've known who has been to Qatar speaks very highly of it. Really sucks what's happening. Qatar of all places doesn't deserve this, after having taken Switzerland's place as arguably the world's most preeminent neutral country.

Here in Qatar such things don't happen. Same thing in Dubai, Riyadh etc.
