He wants it dark and gloomy and everyone else to kill themselves. Seems like there is more there than just weather preferences.

It's not that bad here since we've got beaches/pools/etc in the vicinity. Actually I kinda like it. Spending the day bouncing between tiki huts and pools drinking iced coconut coffee and fruit drinks. But in a larger urban area away from beaches, it's the worst.

Ugh I know that crap all too well. Last July was like that here almost the entire way through, low/mid 90s with dews in the mid/upper 70s with occasional low 80s.
