What complete crap. At this rate I'm going to see a couple inches of snow. -
NWS has a high of 62 on Friday. Bring it on
-
Rain just transitioned to snow. Doesn't seem to have much trouble sticking either.
-
Slowly baby stepping down here. Might be able score 4 or 5".
-
I'll take the 18z GFS + 30 miles South.
-
12z GFS is scary close here. Probably will stay North, but pretty interesting.

I won't lie, I'm a bit jealous -
Getting some heavy snow showers while driving up to Grafton.
-
Most probably don't want it

MKX added a chance of thunder with the snow Monday night. Should see some WWA later this afternoon.
-
Its looking like a 3-6" event here. Lehs will be a wild card, although it doesn't look very impressive.
-
Snow? Blasphemy!
-
Lapham has snow machines? Huh did not know that.
-
Good, lets finish the snow off and move on.
-
Looks like the Freezing rain is going to be North of me
-
My heart wants a ice storm, but my brain says no. At least it isn't looking very windy.
-
-
Thank god other models arent as bullish
-
I don't recall ever getting a good size ice storm
-
Oh wow. I have not been following the ice potential with this storm.

Well, I would be fine with SROs (hired by local PD) having access to AR-15s and or shotguns. Just plain old security officers, not so much. In my opinion its better than having armed teachers. What's so wrong with allowing police officers who work in schools to have access to their usual field weapons? There's no simple solution to solving this. Tighter gun legalisation will help, but school shootings will still occur with that. We can't outright ban guns either. "let's just arm the security guard with AK-47's and grenades, and put them in full military gear." You said it, not me

Correct, but nothing wrong with discussing this issue after a shooting. I have some trouble with point 4. Majority of mass shootings occur in Private businesses. Shouldn't it be up to them to decide if they want to be gun free or not? As for shootings in public faculties (like schools) Virgina Tech - Campus Police lacked any coordination UT Austin - Took Campus Police -who were minutes away- 90 minutes to shoot suspect dead Columbine - Had a armed guard who failed to bring down Harris. Fort Hood - Well I assume they have enough guns... Instead of destroying gun free zones, I would support better training for SROs/security guards. In many mass shooting cases, we already have armed individuals on site. Its that they are unable to bring the shooters down (they are still heroic for trying). Forgot to add, they are often out gunned.
