Interesting oax is going with snow likely Thursday night through Friday.

Still showing a major ice event bleh.

Yuck the upper atmo is now blessing us with freezing precipitation.

Dry air is controlling the snow here. Flurries and some gropel.

Man that storm looking so crazy.

Well one things for sure models are having one hell of time with storms this year. It sees them but then they change constantly. Next week's storm looking like a major icing event.

That is one big line of storms. So far it sounds like my parents dodged the ice bullet in north central MO.

Got lucky today and finally some cold air, but the pattern looking dry. Hopefully it changes.

I lucked out looking like 3 inches. But definitely done here in the metro.

Got another solid band working in but we will be done after that. I would guess already over 2 inches here but the wind is making it hard.

Back and southern edge starting to dry out already. Those storms are really stealing the moisture.

That band to our south is going to be intense when it gets here.

If that band on the NE KS boarder holds together then our first burst of snow will be here around 1230-1

I'm not sure yet. One models have a horrible time with snow bands. Second the hrrr is not matching the radar trends. While I agree that the model trends is concerning I don't think it's the end all be all at this point.

Seeing a few flurries already. But wow tornado warning already down in OK.

Not storm related but to top the crazy morning a mountain lion was spotted in the town just down the road from me. Well then...

So my buddy just sent me a video he is north central Kansas of the ground covered in hail. Dime to quarter size. Said they had to drive through hail, sleet, heavy rain.

Banding is the new of game for us. Models have a hard time with it and it could be great or terrible.

OAX for a good chunk of south eastern Nebraska 0-3 with uncertain on banding.
