WPC is resisting the thought of snow in E.NE and IA

I want the gfs to win this fight but it has let me down so many times. My dad always likes the gfs better compared to other models. Although he has been laughing at these runs.

That's an October event for you. Really hard to forecast lol. Regardless this past week and coming week quite the change from this year, and I love it.

@Clinton OAX is doing the same thing. Mentioning it but gearing towards rain/snow showers. Ah my favorite "where is the freezing line?" I always want snow but torn on this one. Sunday is a big charity event at my local paintball field.

Been a stretch for me. Love to see the forum still active and lots of changes :). Anywho Sunday into Monday system been pretty solid on the GFS and the Euro came into line. Also odd WPC was agreeing yesterday and today saying what storm :/

Just went for a chase. Seconded guessed my decision to leave earlier on that cell that came up out of Lancaster. Still got to see some minor rotation but first t warning of the year.

Sounds like waterfalls every where here lol. I thought it would have a little staying power but nope. Oh well at least we got one good storm this year.

Definitely going to be alot of standing water, but I suspect that the snow cover will limit some of the temps. Also try to post a pic but this is a neighbors car that hasn't moved all day. And the heavy snow on trees.

Ripping again here too. Although much smaller and grainy snow now. Kinda worried because there is some wind and these trees are sagging. Might make a shot at double digits. Oh and roads are now getting covered.

Well darn the dry air is feeding in but it was an enjoyable snow. Alot of compaction but I would guess around 4-6 here. Perfect snow for snowballs and snowman. Build one with the daughter although short on a carrot and charcoal.

Based on how the heaviest band is just sitting over us, I'm surprised they didn't change to a wsw. I guess they don't like going back on their forecast. There is definitely dry air to the South but so far the band looks healthy.

Well the rates are high enough that it's sticking to cars and grass. Streets are still fine though.
