    Hope everyone had a great Christmas. I miss the east wind event snows I used to have in East Portland. Not many, but great when they happened. Best one by far is the December 26th- January 6 th event. Just awesome.

    I was in the conference call this morning. Unfortunately I didn’t get to be involved in all of it due to work but what I did hear sounded a little like wish casting almost too good to be true. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I know they have the same models as we look at but I think he’s extrapolating to the extremes. Don’t know how else to put it. The main thing I got out of it was that the pna tanks around the 10th and bottoms out a few days later. Just hope I wasn’t being duped.

    Average high in Redmond right now is 40. Average low is 20. Pretty ridiculous that we can’t muster average anymore these days. Today’s high was 58 imby. Gross. SSW save us once again please.

    If anything happens in the lowlands it’ll be Feb 7th or later, per the SSW. If anything happens in the high desert of Oregon this winter, it’ll happen no earlier than 1/20. Lived here long enough to see what happens year to year. Not scientific just experience. Good luck all.
