    I just realized that the lows are cooler in Santa Maria than in Brainerd, MN! Extremely unusual for this time of year!

    Lows of 30's already? In October 2019, I had some chilly nights in the 30's, but the says were quite hot on some days. Winter is came early. lol. I hope we get good storms soon.

    Downtown Phoenix could see a low of only 51F Wednesday morning. Just a month ago they had lows in the upper 80's! Tis the season.

    Went down to 44F this morning. brrrr I think the very long and miserable marine layer season is finally over this year.

    Already down to 54F, Fall is definitely here today as the high was only 64F.

    So far this year in the Santa Maria area, there has only been 2 days where the temps was above 90F. That's it!

    Today is very dreary with the deep marine layer and the lower early October Sun Angle.

    The marine layer here is over 4000 feet.

    North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming are looking wetter than Oregon and Washington.

    They’re clouds of all levels this morning. Marine layer stratus, altocumulus, cirrocumulus and cirrus.

    It's partly cloudy now with marine burning off and some high clouds. The Sun Angle today is officially below 50°!

    The Marine Layer depth is only 1000' feet on the Central Coast, 2500' ft in LA County, Over 4000' ft in OC and SD Counties! Very inconsistent.

    Much warmer than forecast today, currently it’s 81F, it was supposed to be a high of 72F.
