Anyone feel different since the April 8th Solar Eclipse or is it just me???
That wasn’t the moon. That was the People’s Mothership, piloted by Hillary Clinton and her crew of transgender lizard people, blocking out the sun just long enough to zap us all with a fresh batch of 7G. If you think that was the moon you’re just letting big astronomy guide you around by the nose.

It’s been a beautiful day here. Steady moderate to light rain since sunrise with a high of just 54 so far. Have picked up close to .60” of precip. Looks and smells great out there.

What does this have to do with macaroni salad? Please stay on topic.
I was gonna say, ensembles might not be the most flashy thing to post, but at least I don’t feel like I might get salmonella by proxy when I look at them.

12z GEFS looks like it keeps a nice and active wavetrain through the long range. Let’s keep it up.

That would be fun and fine with me especially if it consists thru the summer mixed periods of ridging and troughs.
That would be nice if it were possible. Seems like ridgy patterns really like to dig their heels in when they pop up from April-October though, so I never trust them.

Seems like random ridging has been popping up on a few long range runs, including last night’s Euro. Would be nice if this general pattern could stick around for longer than a week or two.

The last several pages have been mostly unweather related topics or bickering over the same old stuff. Not many maps posted these days.
Still doesn’t mean I want to look at a billboard of kinda nasty looking macaroni salad in 1080p in every time I log in. He knows what he’s doing, and I’m sure I’m giving him the exact response he wants. Might be time to use that ignore feature.

So do you literally sit and just wait until the next page starts so you can post a massive picture of something completely unrelated to the discussion that everyone has to look at for the next 36 hours. I’ll say the level of dedication is impressive if not a little sad.

Heard a lot of that on my walk last night. That, and I was probably hearing the forest bloom in real time as millions of leaves grew and slowly brushed up against one another on a massive scale, making for little pops along the way. There was no wind, no rain.
Any fungi involved?

Moist.
I really love wet periods this time of year. Everything is so lush and green/blooming, and the way the rain smells. The contrast of brooding dark skies and a vibrant landscape. Totally different vibe than rainy periods October-March.

Ended up with a 63/47 day here. Morning mix of clouds and sun then more overcast starting later in the afternoon with some spots of drizzle. Looking forward to the rain tomorrow.

It’s true. There’s really nothing nothing in life that’s worth fretting about aside from record MIN/MAX’s in May/June. The rest is just gravy, baby. Embrace the chaos.

Don’t like where the operational 12z GFS goes in the long range. But the ensemble mean and control look solid.

In less than a week, the tree outside my home office fully leafed out. Last week they were all so tiny and bunched up.
How have temps been out that way? I imagine warm days but the nights have stayed chilly.
