Looks like the block is better on the GEFS

GFS much colder than the 18z

Everyone lets relax. I know there like a million posts and pages, but the Euro did this last night. It corrected itself the next run

I don't think we really lost it, could just be a bad run. The block didn't float away, it just moved further east and now it's just chillin'.

We do this everytime when there's the potential for something big; we start looking at everything ICON,NAM,JMA, HRRR.

12z JMA was a poop too. Seriously who pays for these? Is it worth the money when there this wrong?

Nov 2006 comes to mind. Try working in a warehouse when it's 12 degrees at night. Good luck trying to stay warm.

I wasn't a model nerd back then, but is 2008 an exception to that rule? And you would think that would change with time and all these upgrades.
