  1. Picked up another inch of snow in the past hour. Ended March 23rd with 5.5", a storm total so far of 7.5". Narrowly edged out 2/18/18 for my snowiest calendar day of the season.
  2. Echoes are exploding east of I-5, but there does look to be some decent development off to your west too.
  3. Is that another deformation band setting up across the Central Valley? Radar is exploding down this way.
  4. What an impressive event that was. Grants Pass does have a bit of elevation so it appears they get a bit more snow than places like Roseburg.
  5. Grants Pass in SW Oregon now down to 32 with snow. Wonder when the last time they had snow this late was.
  6. I know this event is not on par with 3/21/12, but it is a fairly impressive late season event in its own right.
  7. Picked up another inch of snow the past couple of hours.
  8. Pretty heavy precip moving into SW Oregon now. The mountains are going to be getting blasted the next few hours.
  9. Sexton Mtn. Summit in Southern Oregon has had 3.09" of precip since midnight, all as snow. Their visibility has been under 1/4 mile since 2:45am.
  10. Definitely some rain mixed in here at 1600'. Partially due to light precip, partially due to a bit warmer air aloft this evening. Cooler air aloft will be moving back in over the next few hours.
  11. 18z was pretty crazy. Just very light snow here now... Maybe even rain mixed in...
  12. Quite a bit of precip downstream on the Medford radar too...
  13. They are measuring snow in the mountains of SW Oregon in the feet this evening. Great news because that area has had terrible snowpack to this point.
  14. My mother in law lives near the Eugene airport. I know she picked up at least a dusting this afternoon.
  15. High of 37 here. That breaks the record min max of 39 set in 2009. Eugene 41 breaks the record of 45 set in 2009. Salem 42 breaks the record of 44 set in 1917. PDX 46 ties the record set in 1975.
  16. NWS calling for an additional 2-6" of snow tonight in extending the WWA.
  17. Meanwhile station of the God's south is down to 38 on the hour.
  18. One of my Dad's Co-Workers who lives up in Falls City got about 5" of snow this morning. That's only about 800' I think.
  19. 2pm temps hanging around 40 in the Central and South Willamette Valley.
  20. I'm thinking an additional 2-4" is a good bet overnight here.
