Yeah, thing totally switched. Just rain here the past few hours near Chicago. Hopefully it picks up more tonight.

You guys are getting it good finally. My fam is in Rockford and it's coming down like crazy there they said. Also, this cold next week is canceling my quick trip to Galena, ha!

Some solid snow overnight here near Oak Park. But here comes the rain band for a few hours. Sucks. Hopefully more heavy stuff this afternoon.

Accuweather still says 8-12 for me. But seeing 4-6 now. Disappointing... Any hope this thing goes 12-16 for west burbs of Chicago?

Yeah, this stinks. I was hoping to take my son out in the snow today. I drove a little west it's snowing.

Woke up to not much snow on the ground. Light wet snow. I'm in Forest Park, IL right next to Oak Park. It's been raining most of the AM and we are right on the line of rain/snow for the radars but sadly getting the rain. Wish it was snow. Here's to the weekend storm, I guess.

Cheryl Scott on ABC just said most of Chicago 1-3. 3-5 in close suburbs now. I'm just west of city, so hoping I get the 7+ range.

Driving Monday-Tuesday. Then Saturday. Hoping for some good snow. We haven't had much out there.

Nice snowfall right now in Western Burbs of Chicago. Roads are slick. Wife and I finished shopping this am/afternoon just in time.
