Lots of convection headed our way. There's even a severe tstorm warning. Check out the Medford radar. -

Strangely, it doesn't feel that hot to me. I suppose it's because it's cloudy out. Not too common to be in the 90's and cloudy around here. With the heat, I'm thinking our chances of seeing some convection are increased. Maybe we can break your streak. -

Funny story that Bob told me. This happened sometime in the 80's. He and some other relatives own a condo building with a pool. There was a bar across the street and the longest pier in NC. Anyway, a waterspout came ashore and it picked up thousands of empty beer cans that were stored outside of the bar. They completely covered the pool to a depth of about a foot. The bar employees were nice enough to retrieve them. -

I have an uncle Bob that lives on Long Beach, NC. He's not boarding up, but his house is on 12 foot stilts. He's not too worried. He's been through at least a dozen hurricanes. -

That was a special treat. Two terrific events in the same winter. We got more snow than Tim and Timmy_supercell, which is pretty shocking. But we did not tie our all time low, which is -12. -

Agreed. Humidity is worse than eating a bag of dicks. I've been to DC 3 times and it was always during the summer. It's hard to describe to people that haven't experienced it how awful it can be. Hope you can get out of there soon. -

The lack of convection down here is annoying. At least there is a sh1tload of cfb tonight. -

Definitely feeling a marine push here. It appears that our heat gesture is over. -

Will someone please fix the pdx radar? I want to do my part, so I searched my garage for helpful supplies I could donate. So far, I have an old can of wd-40, a half roll of duct tape, and a set of jumper cables. -

Thank you. Strangely, the pain wasn't too bad. The doctors told me that was due to so much nerve damage. Lol -

A new roof was put on my house and I cleaned it off with a leaf blower. The amount of granules from the roof was insane. I cleaned the gutters and put it in the garbage bin. The garbage bin ended up weighing at least 350 pounds and I struggled to move it. Anyway, that garbage bin crushed both of my hands. -

I'm in my mid forties and find that penis drawing funny as ****. But I still do have an appendix, so maybe it's not for everyone. -

It's a bit warm here at 97, but holy crap it's also 97 at tillamook. Maybe a rare day that you'd want to take a dip in the Pacific to cool off. -

Yes, very much so. I nearly lost my finger, but it's back to around 90% usability now. -

This was 6 days after the accident. I thought I could treat myself. I sent the pic to my sister, who's a doctor and she told me to go straight to the ER if I didn't want to lose my middle finger. It was good advice. -

Glad to hear you're in good spirits and will be home shortly. I crushed my hands a little while back and had to go under the knife. It wasn't fun. If anyone wants to see a disgusting pic of a crushed hand, let me know. -

I still feel like a dead pepe after missing the biggest snowstorm in 50 years. I might keep it until the next 12"+ storm hits the valley floor down here.
