Spring rain does hit different. Warmer and vibrant, great smells out there this morning

I second (or third?) this Been great running weather in the morning lately.

Would love to have a team come to Portland but it’ll never happen. And if it did please not the Mariners They’ll be fine tho, long season. Still think their rotation is legit.

Man being stuck in jury duty the last two glorious days was a bummer; always an interesting experience though. Looks unseasonably cool for a few days but not all that wet? Showers and sun breaks, onward goes Spring.

14 day looking fairly solid; some rain, some sun and basically climo-ish temps. Thunderstorms and hail yesterday were pretty sweet, maybe we can get a couple more in April.

Straight up banger on the coast today. 58, calm winds. I love the PNW.

Had a sweet ~10 minute hailstorm around 5 out on the coast, cleared back up for a nice evening. Spring in full force

The phone (IBM) seemed to fare better than all the other models including hi-res stuff for today out on the north coast Everything way too wet. Def not complaining, partly cloudy again, 52. Glorious - had to break out the limes

Wet out here as well through about 9am, but radar now looks to clear up until late afternoon. Was expecting an all day soaker

Yeah might be a good storm to watch out here, big waves and gusts forecasted up to 40mph Thursday. Currently partly cloudy and 51

Yeah, it’s worlds apart. I’ve had my fill of juniper and sagebrush Born on the coast, likely where we’ll retire eventually.

To be fair it was Redmond, and I know it’s a bit different in the Bend area but culturally it’s all blending together much more these days. The friends I’m still in contact with that never left the area are…different. Weather wise I do miss the consistent snowfall and sunny days, but have grown to love the variance valley vegetation brings. Winter can be bleak tho not gonna lie

Another soggy day overall but some great breaks in the action this evening.

Yup, sounds about right. $20 says they have an AR-15 in the back for no reason as well. Grew up there and would never move back.

Manzanita - wind was also oddly calm yesterday made for a great one. Wed-Thur shaping up to be a real soaker tho!

Was just about to post ‘wasn’t it supposed to rain at some point this evening/tonight?’ Immediately a burst of hail for 90secs. Now silent again…spring time baby!

Feel like they were just catching up from yesterday’s posts and sharing some history re: origin of that mascot, albeit quite disturbing and effed up history

Does seem like things are getting flattened out and moderating toward climo as we inch forward
