My brother always talks about 1996. He didn't have a thermometer, but it's the coldest he ever saw or felt up in Chesaw. -

It depends on where you live. Hillyard and West Central have some crime issues, but Spokane's crime is mostly property crime. There isn't a lot of violent crime. I've talked to some former Tacoma and Seattle residents over the years. They all thought Spokane's crime was pretty tame when compared to Tacoma and Seattle. -

People are still moving to the Seattle area. My brother is a construction foreman over in Western Washington. He never has any shortage of work. They just keep building and building. -

I recommend Deer Park/Chattaroy and Newman Lake. Both are gorgeous areas with spectacular weather. -

Cold water to the face...I did winterize the car. I flushed the radiator, got a new battery, replaced my tires, and had my front breaks serviced. Let's go! -

February to March 2019 was really good. Otherwise mild has been the overall theme. -

Things are starting out extremely mild this year. Tomorrow should be close to 60. Highs should be in the 30s. You would have really enjoyed 2016-17. It was a good old fashioned winter. It put me in mind of 1984-85. Feb-Mar 2019 was another really good wintry period. Maybe this year starts out slow. Who knows, right? -

This December looks to start warm. Tomorrow could be close to 60. We already had snow on the ground in 1984. -

December 2017 wasn't bad in Coeur d'Alene. 2011-2012 was ok. -

A 2011-12 repeat would be good for you. Neither winter was completely awful, and neither one was a blockbuster. -

2011-12 and 2017-18 are both good analogs from recent memory. My cuttoff is roughly 20-30 years. -

It's not much of a stretch. 2011-12 and 2017-18 should both be analogs. Bastardi is throwing around 1984-85. Everybody loves super sexy analogs. We'll probably end up with something more akin to 2011-12 and 2017-18. -

It was super cold into the center of the country. January was a massive inversion up here in Spokane. We kept snowcover for 2-3 months. 2016-17 was kind of similar. I feel like it's a mistake to use analogs like 1984-85, because the climate is warmer now. -
