There is no mid level low right now, satellite image shows a somewhat tightly wound low off the Oregon Coast, nowhere near where any model showed anything for this time frame, also it is not showing signs of moving north at all currently.

It will show it in Southern BC!

No, the surface temps on everything went above freezing today, all layers of air are too warm, air is saturated, it has happened here at 29 degrees before, tonight at 31, it will happen again.

It's not freezing on any surface, and if it freezes after the precip is done it's not freezing rain, it's just ice.

If it isn't freezing on contact, is it freezing rain? Freezing after precip stops does not count.
