    Chehalis Gap, although tonight is more due to dead gradients and a chillier airmass with heavy precip like down south.

    I don't think we see a shift north in the models to cause a breakdown until probably tomorrow night (if at all), its all about the progression of the cold air, real time will be the time to look forward to.

    Ya, in real time this weekend things will definitely be further north than modeled.

    My current favorite model is the 01Z HRRR, it shows me getting 3-4" of snow overnight, oh and look he returned home.....

    Oh no no, I am not disputing that, whatever model that is, is my favorite as well.

    It does well occasionally but it does get its data from the GFS or NAM depending on what one you are looking at.

    True, but we will be working a with a slightly colder airmass up this way.

    It has worked pretty well at times for where I live, I honestly would not be shocked to wake up to 1 or 2 inches of snow tomorrow, not likely but possible.

    Something is wrong with Seattle NWS site...... they probably sabotaged it cuz they don't want nothing to do with forecasting the next 5 to 6 days lol!

    Precip from next system is showing up now, I think the precip shield spreads further north than modeled and a decent part of central/sw Washington sees some snow overnight.

    It's gonna trend just north enough, I would take the more snow over intense cold any day!
