I don't think any of the models really handle these showery patterns when it comes to snow very well at all, of course they struggle with snow in general but moreso in this type of situation, especially at night.

Well, it was done but the temp dropped to 33 and its back to moderate snow lol!

And its done.

Big ol wet flake now!

Actually snowing here now, and my buddy in Aberdeen said it snowed for like 2 minutes just a bit ago but more of a mix than anything.

I can assure you it was not snowing in Aberdeen at this time.

Hopeful for tonight into tomorrow morning.

The first map was inaccurate at the time, 925s were more prevalent real time, the below 0 coverage was quite a bit larger than what the Euro showed on the real time map.

Woke up to 3/4" of an inch of snow accumulation, looks like more moisture on the way in just a bit.

LAME..... bulk of the moisture is east of here..... lame!

Cold without snow is not good, its just a fact.

33, light snow, no accumulation................yet..! Won't be surprised to see some accumulation by morning with passing showers overnight.

Moderate rain/snow mix here currently, 35 degrees.

KHQM dropped a whole 2 degrees in the last 3 hours, hell of a cold front....

KHQM sure is not showing any kind of "impressive" temp drop, they are well west of here.....

I surrender, for fuqs sakes, it is down to 45 here now.... I guess something triggered that drop.
