  2. Been well above normal up here so yep I am happy with a break.
  3. Thank goodness, the soil up here needs a break. It will be a December to remember!
  4. I was born in November of 76 so my weather record keeping skills weren’t quite up to par yet so I don’t know.
  5. JB will show anything that remotely looks good for the east...he seems to be wrong a lot.
  6. I have never missed a snow event due to travel...which is a little sad in a way... Actually I take that back, I missed the onset of the historic (for my area) Nov. 2006 event due to being in Olympia for a dog agility event, raining there when driving back the evening of 11/26/06, didn’t hit snow until Everett, nothing sticking to the roads until the north Marysville exit, thick snow on the roads at Smokey Point, and driving over downed alders and avoiding power lines just west of Smokey Point in heavy snow trying to get home. Continued to snow all night and all of the next day until the arctic front moved through that early evening. No power around the Lake Goodwin area for a week. That was a fun one!
  7. Sounds fun for a week or two but living there without much of a seasonal change would get old.
  8. I think we need some +ELO to kick off this winter season!
  9. Had another half inch last night/this morning with the cz. Who wants to come and help out with some drainage projects!
  10. This is the type of pscz that I will need during cold events at my new location!
  11. They will probably get hammered with snow all winter while us northerners stay high and dry like what happened in 2016/17 was it?
  12. I’m hoping for a lot of 500ft snow levels since my new place sits at 520ft.
  13. Yeah November was about it for that winter...hopefully this year will not follow that one.
  14. Apparently I had a truck reading of 14 degrees on 11/13, and some snow on the 29th!
  15. Another .25” last night. Looking forward to a few dry days to begin some drainage projects.
