Nice day!

It was spaced out wonderfully. My first winter as a licensed driver so I got lots of practice driving in icy conditions...in my 1975 Chevy ElCamino rear wheel drive!

I would love to see what a Dec. 2008 type setup would produce in my new area. My work is only 3 minutes west of my new house and at a lower elevation and I remember coming out a few times to my work location (was a volunteer at the time) and they easily were running at least 6” more snow than I was and my location was running at a high number...so my new house was probably running almost a foot higher totals than my old location. I’m looking forward to seeing what my new area can produce with a 2008 setup!!Let’s keep those spotless days going!

Chilly evening...already down to 66. Last evening it was still 76 at this time. Phil must be trending west.

What a fantastic stretch we are having! Finally a few days straight with no cloud cover. So refreshing!

I still have slugs roaming around up here! Still lush as can be here at the moment anyway. I figured my grass would start baking out after this hot weekend and with the soil difference from my old place, but it hasn’t happened yet. I’m sure this week I will start seeing signs of dryness though.

That’s not good...for Oregon. Meanwhile I can hardly keep up with my enthusiast grass, landscaping, and weeds!

True but the evenings at least in my location cooled very quickly into the low to mid 50’s by evening. Last night felt great!

Tonight is the first night of the season where I stepped outside at 11pm to let the dogs out and it was actually still mild out. 66 currently. So nice.
