I have had a few flurries flying around this morning. A beautiful morning with about 2.5 inches of snow.

HRRRRRR has it weakening quickly as it starts to move back south. Probably just some last dying snow flurries.

It basically stopped snowing 30 minutes ago. It just started back up with this band coming in from the west. Hopefully it can stick around for a while.

I was just out in it. It is pretty terrible. Took me over two hours to get home. It normally would have taken 20 minutes. I saw 2 buses stuck on the side of the road with kids. I also helped push a few cars up a very slight incline in Tigard. It is a mess. BUT I LIKE SNOW.

Just took me 2 hours to get home. 217 was basically a parking lot. Pretty good snow here in Tigard. I'm guessing close to 3 inches. I'll measure later tonight. Looks like the snow is starting to move away now.

I am so ******* happy right now.

I'm pissed at Beaverton School District. I'm going to be on 217 FOREVER.

Working in a school near highway 26 and 217. Been snowing lightly for about an hour now and everything already has a thin layer of snow. The district refuses to do an early release. Driving home is going to be hellish in 2 hours with the traffic.

If the 0z GFS does not show the -10 850 line ever reaching Portland, I will stop posting on this website for a week.

34 and very heavy rain. Not the most enjoyable weather.

Yeah, yeah. That was exactly what I thought too when I woke up. It is just a little maddening to always think about the "what ifs" in our climate.

It is best not to think about it.

Wow. Looks like Beaverton Scool District just called off school for the second day in a row. Looks like this warning shot gave me a 4 day weekend. Not bad.

Looks pretty cold. Could lead to some interesting things.

The entire country gets cold next week. Crazy looking.

30 degrees and raining, but the roads actually look pretty slushy now.

Sleeting hard now. Sounds like a warzone against the windows.

A few flakes now, buy they are starting to disappear. Definitely a pretty nice little event though. Only 30 degrees still.

Not much. I would guess about a half inch to a 3/4 of an inch. Snowing pretty good right now though.

Was just sleeting for 10 minutes. Heavy band is getting here and is turning some of the sleet to snow. Probably the last snowflakes of the day for me coming up. The changeover is close here.
