It really looks like it is going to dry out during the evening. I would love to see a snow shower later, but don't think it is going to happen.

Looks like areas around Hillsboro are doing pretty good right now. Actually getting snow to stick. A little further east in Beaverton we have been getting pretty steady precipitation, but it has mostly stayed as a mix of rain and snow.

At school in Beaverton near highway 26. This band has a lot of snowflakes in it. Probably like 63.4% snow right now.

The next hour would have been money for the Portland area if it was a little colder. A strong band about to move through.

To me Thursday still looks fairly good for Portland. We should at least see some sort of frozen precipitation. Definitely better than today.

It is almost time to start watching the HRRR radar loops for tomorrow morning in the Portland area. I always like following the HRRR for moisture when events are close.
