FUKIN A that's cold!! I have been in -25 air not wind chill and even that is pretty amazing how it bites you.

I dont know if there is any science behind this but with all the extremes going on in the nation this winter season you would think we may indeed get some of our own. And not talking warm ones!!

When i was in my early twenties i would really loose my marbles when a snow forecast busted. Probable the only one here that called Steve pool and yelled at him because it didnt snow!! Wtf was wrong with me lol. That was sometime between 90 and 95. I dont know if you still can but back then you could call the station and ask for the weather desk.

I used to watch rich mariot and scream bad words at him when he modified Jeff's forecast just because he hated snow.

I closed today. If school is closed i close. I try and take as many days off as possible these days. Me and my son are building a engine for his mustang. I used to work on cars and at 2 years old he would be on my shoulders or watching and now he is almost 21 and doing it all himself. Time passes fast.

Very true. There is norhing like a good snow in the puget sound. Its fun at my property to watch the snow but not as special as here.

Hmm wonder if the kids are wearing jackets.

The next five years for me will drag. I am so ready to remove myself from this side of the mountains. The watching and waiting for the last 30 years for 5 days of winter around here is exhausting.

All the flowers and palm trees have nothing to do with the rest of the winter and if it will be cold or not. And palm trees look disgusting in this part of the world.
