  1. Does it have a windstream overlay like Windy or Ventusky?
  2. Has there ever been a warm anomaly stretch like this in the Willamette Valley for this many summers in a row? I'd say at this point it's not all that out of the question.
  3. Are you thinking this pattern will be conducive to a fun winter down the road?
  4. As Tim will also attest, this year has been maybe the most north/south with precip that I can remember for the region. Definitely visit Pacific City, Eugene, Vista House near PDX, Cape Blanco, Wallowa Mtns, Bend/Sisters/Bachelor area, Steens Mtn in the SE, Grants Pass and the Rogue River. If you're coming in the Fall or Winter I will try to go to a College Football or Basketball game with you.
  5. It's a beautiful place. Vast climate differences in the NE, SE, SW, and NW plus no sales tax with warmer and colder extremes (at least I'm assuming since e.g. Eugene's coldest temps are colder than the PS region).
  6. Battery drained by playing music in the lav while joining the mile high club?
  7. Beautiful sunny morning in the south Willamette Valley. 62F.
  8. 64F under marine clouds in Springfield. Very pleasant morning.
  9. So I heard some friends talk about what a good winter for snow 92-93 was for the Willamette Valley. I was only 8 at the time so my memory is fuzzy. I think I remember coming home from school one day and the news was showing it snowing at the beach and then a few mins later it changed to snow IMBY. Does anybody have a recollection of what events made it so great and totals for the Valley from it? Wunderground history doesn't give the best snow info for KSLE and KEUG.
  10. It's gotta suck living in the c-zone area. You get more snow than we do tho so that's a positive for you.
  11. Why can't we have regular cold anomalies like we keep having regular warm anomalies?
  12. Down to 72 in Springfield. Going to be a very pleasant night. WeatherMate shows marine clouds moving up to about Kelso/Longview. About to make it over the Siuslaw gap too.
