  1. I see tidbits has picked up some of the Euro AI models. Nice to see it picking up on the big snowstorm heading for areas near and north of the border early next week. People need to be prepared.
  2. Does the burger joint deliver to the strip clubs?
  3. A little on the cool side today. Partly sunny and mid 40s around southern Vancouver island currently
  4. Yea. Precip looks too light and sporadic for most of western Washington to score anything significant tonight. The lucky ones will get a slushy coating.
  5. Looks like the first shower of this cold onshore flow setup is on my doorstep. Trying to decide if I should stay up and check you splats mixed into the rain. edit. Splats confirmed. Nice thick rain.
  6. Wow. Snowy 6Z from the never snowy ICON. Huge potential for Washington and BC early next week.
  7. Temp went from 48 to 38 with the cold front passage. That’s a decent front for the PNW
  8. 2.5” of rain today. 44f after a high of 48F
  9. We didn’t have much up Here in 2012. A couple mornings with an inch or 2 of slush. 2002 was the big one here. 23” for March that year.
  10. Wow wow wow. That beast has its sights on SW BC and northern Washington. The ICON is as rock solid as every!
  11. Also a huge dump of snow for the mountains on Central Vancouver Island. Mount Washington resort is close to 2ft so far
  12. Wet and windy out there. 1.32” so far today. Over 1.5” since last evening
  13. Seems like forecasts from the Mets up here locally have been very accurate this winter. Can’t speak to what people get in other areas but it’s pretty easy for them to ignore those pretty snow maps when they show 10” of 37 degree snow.
  14. Yea. Some morning frost in March would be mind blowing.
  15. Dead on for here. We got exactly 1” as shown.
  16. 35F and raining here. The upper levels have warmed now. I was down in Victoria earlier this evening and there was some sticking snow around the south end of the Lake. It was all rain on my way home though.
  17. Nope. Just got home. Some wet flakes falling but 98% if the snow from yesterday is gone.
  18. Moderate rain with a few splats near sea level here
  19. Early next week looks the most interesting if we can sneak a little continental air in from the north. A slushy inch on a 42/33 type day is kind of meh. We can do a lot better into the first week of March.
  20. Looking like a lot of people could get a slushy 1/2” to an inch or so.
  21. It’ll probably be fine if it’s good sod. It’ll just sit there and start growing when it warms up a bit.
  22. Not sure if timing matters that much in this type of setup. Day or night doesn’t matter much if it’s absolutely dumping on the backside of that front.
