Saturday “event” falling apart for us. Huge area of snow in the western half of Kansas though…again.

Brutal miss for the eastern NE crew. Yikes. I’d rather be down here and know I have no chance than get fringed by a storm dumping snow 50 miles away. I know it sucks. Condolences…

The CMC and ICON vs the EURO days 3-7? Yeah, I know which one I’m taking.

A whiff to the north tomorrow and a whiff to the south and east next week. Just…lol. Incredible.

EURO has nothing really beyond tomorrow’s system. Can’t take the GFS seriously beyond 48 hrs.

Still waiting for the pattern flip as we close out a snowless January here in KC while sitting on 1” for the season.

Shaping up to be a huge missed opportunity around here. Figures.

January is a lost cause. We’ve basically had a week of winter-like weather since November. An inch of snow. If it’s going to be snowless then bring on the torch.

Currently -4 with a -28 wind chill(!) under bright sunshine. Looking forward to the moderation in temps after these brutally cold temps.
