It’s terms of the “big ones” this just isn’t true. Paradise, Sonoma, Boulder, Lahaina, Altadena all weren’t arson. Palisades was but it wasn’t during the high wind event, so still applies that you don’t typically see arson as the cause of the more major events during these types of windstorms.

Yeah it brought a strong West wind east of the Cascades. Good news is that it’s suppose to calm down the rest of the weekend.
