I would be ecstatic if it poured one day a week until rainy season. -

Thanks Tim and actually yes that is the row of docks I am working at. I am having a great time. I walk by those tables everytime I go to the marina. Luckily for me this is 10 to 15 minute walk from my house. BTW order the El Portal burger at Docs -

Currently 56 and dripping wet from last nights showers. Not that torchy. Kinda nice start to the morning but some sun would be nice later. I am not gonna b*tch about the coolish weather so far. I am enjoying it. Covid prompted lockdowns and then a subsequent business closure drove an early retirement for me (57), so I am mostly outdoors during the day now. The weather has been great. I am currently refurbishing an old sailing yacht (not mine, side job) in Eagle Harbor on the island. Best summer of my adult life so far. -

58. Enjoyed a long sleeved shirt with that adult beverage(s)on the deck this evening wish it was less breezy earlier. Would have burned a fie in the pit. -

Yeah that is tough. I used to go there yearly with a friend group. Roast or freeze. You dont stay in the water long but you go in frequently. -

New Orleans is a sh@t hole. Not to piss anyone off, but D**n I found that place nasty. I have been in summer and winter. The food is great, but the town is a nasty mess and I am not talking about hurricane damaged areas. -
Just installed the 10k btu model upstairs to compliment the heatpump ac unit downstairs two weeks ago. ready to be comfortable

It's all in how you look at it. What have you suffered from it? Much better than intense heat and dry. Look at the forest. Lush. There have been plenty of nice days, with many more on the way. Cheer up Snow Wiz.

Finally this looks about normal. Been reading the complaining here for weeks about this spring but it hasnt been unpleasant. Growing has sucked but that looks to improve soon, except for the increase in rabbits this year. This is still way preferable to almost anywhere in the country. I am a 2005 transplant and this seems like those first few springs. Summer around the 4th of July. Got a party planned for the brand new deck on the weekend of the Fourth. It ought to be awesome.

Bring on the downvotes but this sounds good. I am ready to do some serious gardening. #readyforwarm

Mostly the same here. Just watching, but it's like watching old re-runs. Re-runs that were boring the first time I watched them. -

@MR.SNOWMIZER @bainbridgekid I have only lived on the Island for 5 years or so. East Brem for many years before that. How often do you recall Kitsap getting snow from air damming on the West and gap seepage from the East while rain in the middle? Ever? Not me, but I didn't used to pay a lot of attention to the weather here on the Island before I moved here. -

Our Dp's are pretty much shot at this time. Temps are all a bit above freezing, and the winds is variable, but mainly from the South. This will be a different type of snow event if it happens. We might both be lucky to be in the far East side of Kitsap for a change. -

The way I look at it is, it just depends on the strength of the low, and how bad it wants to pull some seepage through the gaps. I don't really think the low level cold we have right now is going to make any difference this time. We are already in full South wind mode. It will be dependent on NEW cold air. Thoughts?
