Took the kids to Cannon Beach this weekend. They had a blast. We got dumped on by heavy drizzle, I couldn't even be mad at that.

Mostly sunny in Troutdale. There was also a shooting in the shopping center of the Wood Village Fred Meyer.

Shhh.... Daddy Bezos will be all over it once he's done with his robot vacuum army.

My son had a test run day before officially starting after Labor Day last year, it is nicer that schools up here start later.

If September is warm, it'll be great for our vegetable gardens.

I'm excited for everything pumpkin to start coming out next week. Maybe it'll bring the fall rains with it.

My first job I drove about 40 miles one way, depending on which freeway I took I could do it in almost 20 minutes. Granted it was a swing shift so traffic wasn't an issue.
