I will sum up what winter 2025/26 is so far in the PNW, at 3000'. 42 degree snow flurries at 2 PM. 33 degree rain at 2 AM. 1/2" of snow here in Central Oregon all winter. Hit 73 degrees earlier this month. Time for spring.
