    I live in SW Wisconsin and I doubt I get anymore than 2". Clearly the dry air is a real concern and I have my doubts we overachieve.

    NWS La Crosse going with a long duration Winter Weather Advisory for me. Talking 5 to 8" from tonight through tomorrow night at midnight. 35 mph winds and possible light glaze of ice. I guess it's better than nothing! Was really hoping for a WSW!

    Here in SW Wisconsin, it appears as though a brown Christmas is in the works. Sadly. As long as it isn't 40 degrees on Christmas Day, I will survive.

    Here in SW Wisconsin, we are definitely going to be on the higher end of the snow totals. I'm guessing almost 5 to 6" already. Haven't been out to measure yet.

    So this may be a bit off topic, but I'm curious none the less. Here in Wisconsin, the Governor has issused a State of Emergency for the upcoming days because of the snow and extreme historic cold. If you were a business owner, how would you handle this? Specifically would you shut down for a few days? Allow call ins because of the weather?
