If it's like the Dec 2021 airmass then it sounds great! That one had sticking snow at night down to 400ft here in Springfield. In southerly flow off the ocean the DP was like 30F after the Kalapuya and Pisgah downslope. Didn't think that was possible and it was a constant line of very frequent showers and then banding overnight.
I've never understood the hate on chilly NW flow. Great for mountain snow and very active everywhere with general snow risks for everyone down to sea level. One of the only ways we get thunderstorms in the winter too.
