I start to notice mugginess in the air when dews hit that 69-70°F range but I can tolerate that just fine (especially by midsummer when I’ve acclimated to heat/humidity).
However, it gets exponentially more uncomfortable for me in the 73-74°F range, and downright miserable and insufferable at 78°F and above (at that point I’m on this forum raging at heat misers for their insufferable sadomasochism).
I just thought this was interesting. That storm on the East side of the state, you can see the radar echoes better with the Portland radar than the Pendleton radar. I'm guessing the Blue Mountains are blocking the radar for the Pendleton station. It also shows how high base these thunderstorms are
