Those are great spots but too distant from civilization for me. Traffic already sucks coming from where I am. I'm looking to get something up in the Issaquah Alps... North Bend, Snoqualmie, Issaquah, or Bellevue. Ideally close to I-90. Snoqualmie Ridge in particular looks like it could be a decent spot. It's more expensive though. My current area is decent for snow due to elevation and gap wind exposure, but definitely the swamp effect bleeds in a bit. And I hate watching CZs just a couple miles to my north.

No, it was easterly for the past winter. That was probably a nail in the coffin. An easterly QBO with a weak La Nina is as bad as it can get.

Whatcom county is an underrated dawg for interesting weather. It's one of the three main westside corridors where continental clashes with oceanic (Fraser, Snoqualmie, Columbia). You also have an understated thunderstorm belt in Sudden Valley. @Port Angeles Foothiller's area is interesting too. One of two locations along the west coast of the US that can get sea/lake effect snow. The other being Lake Tahoe. When Fraser outlow tracks across the Sound it picks up moisture then slams into the Olympics, rising a vertical mile. Milder summers than the interior, yet not as cloudy as the coast, year-round. It's like having your cake and eating it too, compared to much of the westside.
