Gosh, I was there in late June, 2013 for a wedding. Was playing golf one day and, despite riding in a cart, I was dripping in sweat by the third tee. And I'm not someone that sweats very easily.

My brother in law is down there now and my in laws will be at some point. They have a second home there right now, so that relocation will be easy. It feels like a good time to start off something new while the kiddo is still a baby.

That was my thought as well, but the chance to own a nice, brand new home in a phenomenal neighborhood was too good to pass on. My hope is that not having any snow is eased by all the snow events that will inevitably fizzle out up here.

Yeah, so we have actually signed a purchase agreement/contract with a builder down there and are going through getting loan estimates from their preferred lenders, plus the lender we had talked to already. I'm flying down on the 7th to go to the design center to finish off our customization. The earliest we would be down there is November.

Pretty good graupel shower going on right now.

Friends in Wenatchee said they had snow yesterday that melted by noon. Then they woke up this morning with 8'' new snow. The kiddos are thrilled.

My station got as high as 78.3 yesterday. It's over 30 degrees colder now.

Was just at 77.9! A minute and a half later it's reading 76.6.

Up to 73.6, back down to 72.5 right now. Pretty wild to think of what its going to be like this weekend.

Working on that. Got pre-qualified with two different lenders. We're on the list with a builder but won't be our turn until early July. Still need approval from work to be remote in a different state, so we may end up ceding our position on the list. The company is working on downsizing from our 120 occupant building and looking to get into two 15-30 person buildings. I guess they have signed off on one in Fife and are looking at others in Kent today/next week. I'm already remote 4 days a week, so if they move us to Kent, I hope they are okay with me just being fully remote.

Who else is getting no work done today, what with The Masters and Opening Day? Up to 58.8. How high will we go?? Ooof, I can tell I haven't been around much. My sig still says my high so far on my station is 55.2.

Landed in Everett around 2pm and the clouds were rolling in. Rain started falling around 3:45 when I left home to grab groceries. Definitely not in Arizona anymore. Winco was probably at least 60% still masking.

Hey all, checked out some model homes down here in Estrella today. Things are in motion at this point. Meanwhile, played golf yesterday with my old man and randomly got paired with a twosome that featured Eagles legendary Linebacker Seth Joyner. My dad, being from Philly, was giddy. Weather hasn't been too bad either, but not quite warm enough to go to the pools.

Awesome, I was just looking at that but it seemed too cheap to be good lol.

What are you running it on and how are you controlling it? I got pretty proficient in FSX on a laptop using just a mouse and keyboard, so when I tried the new FS I was disappointed that everything I remembered didn't work.

Yep, we've actually had some decent dry periods the last 24+ hours.

Up to 49.1, apparently. The weather station closest to me is only 2 blocks away and is reading just 41.2. I'm skeptical that this thing has been reporting temps accurately.
