This is where I grew up. It doesn't even remotely resemble the HB of the 70's and 80's. Used to be a sleepy surfer town with great surf shops and dive bars. I prefer the old HB.

I am enjoying how busy the forum is right now. This is the time in Summer I start looking toward the end of Summer and start reading posts here. Most gardening at this point is clean up and that changes my mood. Also, I finally installed a weather station. The Ambient 2902C. I am liking it so far but need some rain to test it out. Please, NO F'ing smoke!

That's been the story here on the island most of the winter, and the Central Sound in general. I have see many C S's mention the same. This finally looks better for this area. We have had some snow here on a few occasions this winter, so I am not super disappointed. But if the models as they look now come close to verifying over the next few days, this winter will redeem itself IMO in IMBY. BTW @snow_wizard-- You have been pretty chilled out this winter. No pun intended.

I haven't been posting lately, but keeping up. Been keeping busy with doctors. I recently found out I have fibromyalgia after lots of appts. At least it's an answer. Thanks for all the maps and commentary folks. Saturday night snow! Here we go!

24 deg w/ dp of 12 in Bainbridge Island. Wind about 1 mph. Solid cloud deck here now. Temp didn't increase much with the clouds.
