It’s a “Gotcha” kind of society right now. Many of the children of the 90’s are now in their 30’s. Idk about where you are but in DFW many are spoiled and feeling entitled. However, out away from big Metros the 30 somethings are working like their parents. Some on ranches and farms.
I hold many school systems responsible as students weren’t disciplined as their parents were. My schools were tough because they knew the world we were inheriting.
I feel bad for many of the grads as it’s really dificult out there.
What happened to, “it’s going to get better?”
Hurricane Beryl will bring Texas a lot of much needed rain. No one wants the damage but it’s life in Hurricane alley.
Potential totals aren’t out yet but if No Tx can receive 1-2” it will be very welcomed.
Tom, It’s Phoenix. It’s a whole different hot from the Midwest.
I can deal ok with Tucson as the elevation gives you milder weather and season. Phoenix is a low bowl and you can keep it. It’s also incredibly huge and crowded.
Az mountains are nice and if you get a chance go south to Mt Lemon and enjoy a cool weekend. Or north to Flagstaff.
