53F and mostly clear, stars are pretty tonight. We are getting closer to the time of year where I truly love the night sky the most. The Winter stars seem like they're closer to us and it turns out that a lot of them are. Hopefully the neutrinos from Betelgeuse start showing up soon because it will be one helluva spectacle watching the closest and would be most studied supernova ever finally reach us.

Leaking this from the Manzanita 10th Anniversary homework I'm doing: this is the tornado watch that should've been issued on 10/14/2016. Counties included was based off of 3 things: 1. MD 1786's area (Tillamook north) 2. Historical tornado paths (no tornadoes have occured north of Grays Harbor, though this could be because of the lack of communities). 3. Where Supercell composite was highest (Lincoln to Clatsop County). Marine zones not to scale and is flush with counties so I don't have to explain how they're different.
