      Gender is not biological sex, which is much more (though still not completely; intersex individuals exist) dichotomous. A core part of “respect” seems to me to be willing to use the pronouns and gender identity a person feels s/he is a member of. Maybe I should start using “fascist scum” (or, simpler yet, just “fascist”) as a pronoun to identify all conservative Christians. I mean, why should I defer to those sickos determine their pronouns. And this isn’t disrespect, it is just me exercising my freedom of speech. So if you disagree, it just proves that you are anti-freedom. /sarc

      I’ll have to look. Though worth noting this year is somewhat of a special case given the -PMM was maintained through a strong niño winter, and now we have a niña onset with in-situ -PMM (and warm IO/+AMM) with downwelling +QBO. So the initially niño-like STJ/suppressed 4CH regime gradually broadens poleward as we lose the residual niño circulation and any lower frequency pacific forcing (should begin seeing this when the current MJO wave propagates back into the IO/E-Hem in mid-June).

      It's also a belief system that a man can become a woman or that there are more than 2 genders. Fact: Some people feel like they are born in the wrong body. You should treat them with respect. Belief system: A man who thinks he is a woman is a woman. If you disagree, you need to be expelled from school.
