  1. Small craft advisory and unfavorable wind/wave/tide conditions for our intended fishing spots means we cancelled our planned blackmouth fishing for today's opener. Looks like tomorrow may be equally poor. Might have to wait till Wednesday to tap in to our first Chinook of 2024. 34 degress with intermittet rain and the ever occassional snowflake mixed in on the east shore of lake tapps.
  2. Watching the models makes me VERY excited for the MA-10 and MA-11 Blackmouth salmon opener on friday. . . will we be fishing in the snow!? I sure hope so!!!
  3. 36 and dry as a bone on the east shore of Lake Tapps.
  4. Aaaand KSEA reporting -FZRA. . . Cliff can be such a blowhard.
  5. Sky clear and temp still 14 degrees. I can't imagine we see a flake of snow today with the easterlies coming down from chinook pass across Enumclaw and, eventually, the east shore of Lake Tapps.
  6. Well looks like things are gonna be pretty epic this week from serious mountain snow to hyper-cold temperatures regionwide and . . .. juuuuuuust maybe a few flakes of snow here on the east shore of Lake Tapps.
  7. 30 degrees with a thick, heavy frost on all my outdoor equipment this morning on the east shore of lake tapps.
  8. Strong frost on the east shore of lake tapps this am. I wasn't expecting to wake up to that.
  9. i'm all in on the model riding for the next few months! LET'S GO!
  10. Made it back in from the morning walk with the dogs just in time. Plenty of wind still out there and radar indicates we are about to be pummeled on the east shore of Lake Tapps.
